The Holidays

Happy Holidays to everyone! I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving🦃. Mine was good but also challenging, as I've said before I don't eat meat so I had to find something different to eat, I ended up eating Salmon, with stuffing and mashed potatoes. I wanted to write a blog post because this year with the holiday season approaching, I find myself not having as much holiday spirit as in years past, I think it's because this time of year is all about family and loved ones, and as much as I love the family I have, I adore my niece and nephews but I can't help but think about how Mark and I don't have a child to celebrate with. I'm working towards that goal with my weight loss and working with my OBGYN to conceive a child but I can't help but think that it will never happen for us. My Weight-loss Journey so far

My Weight Loss Journey Good Morning Ladies and Gents!!! It has been quite a while since I posted, and I apologize for that. Not a lot has been going on with my journey except me losing weight and trying to exercise. So, I thought today I would talk a little bit about where I started and where I am now. Also, before I get this blog started, I need to hear from you, what things do you want me to write about? What do you want to know?   When I started this journey, I was struggling with weight and feeling tired all the time and just overall really sad and unmotivated. I was 325lbs and really was at my wit's end, not knowing what to do because I was not losing the weight I wanted to lose. Then one day my mom came across a Facebook post from an old co-worker, her daughter had gotten pregnant with having PCOS.
