New Year New Me
Just like everyone else I wanted to start 2018 out right, so I planned on working out more, eating right and everything in between. so far 2 weeks into the new year and I've all ready lost motivation. That is one of the unfortunate things about Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome, one week I'm all gung ho about getting fit and healthy and the next week I have no motivation at all. I go back to eating things I shouldn't and not exercising like I should. I wish there was a way for me to keep the motivation going longer then a week or a few days. Latly I've been feeling unmotivated in a lot of different aspects of my life. I'm hoping this is just part of the winter blues🙁. If anyone knows of ways to stay motivated, please let me know!
I have no idea on how to get out of the Winter Blues :( but I do know that having a planner that I use every day helps me stay on task. I keep it open on my living room table in front of my chair when I'm home. And when I'm out I bring it in my purse. I write down the smallest things on a check list to check off. Even if it's do the dishes or get up and take a shower. Checking off at least one thing that I know I was suppose to do helps me feel a little better and stay on track.
ReplyDeleteThat is an amazing idea. I'm definitely going to try it ππ
