Feeling like a failure

As a lot of you know, I am over weight and have been trying to lose 147 lbs to be at the weight I should be for my age and hight. To do so last year I gave up Dairy, Gluten, Soy and meat. I did great and lost a total of 50 lbs. Now with this new year I have found that all though I'm still losing the weight I've also lost a lot of the motivation to go along with it. I want to eat healthy and I do try but I will plan meals, and an exersise routine and do it for about a week then go back to old habits. I'm still not eating the gluten, soy or dairy, but I've found alternative food like snacks that are free of all that so I eat them. What can I do to stick to the diet and exercise schedule I plan? I feel like not only am I failing myself but also my husband, and all of my friends and supporters.

Acupuncture Update

I've been going now for a while, I go every week on Saturdays, and I've been going since January 1st 2018. I'm glad to say I got a period last week. I will say it came a a surprise I honestly was not ready or expected my period to come naturally. I was honstly expecting Acupuncture to be relaxing witch it is, but I was not expecting it to work to help with ovulation, because alot of treatments I've tried have not worked. But I'm gonna still keep going as long as I can and hope that it will help keep my hormones in check. I've also really gotten into drinking Herbal Tea, I've never used to drink tea because I didn't like the taste. Going along with the whole natural and holistic approach I'm also slowly transitioning over to using all natural and vegan products including make-up, cleaning products, and Shampoo.
