Feeling like a failure
As a lot of you know, I am over weight and have been trying to lose 147 lbs to be at the weight I should be for my age and hight. To do so last year I gave up Dairy, Gluten, Soy and meat. I did great and lost a total of 50 lbs. Now with this new year I have found that all though I'm still losing the weight I've also lost a lot of the motivation to go along with it. I want to eat healthy and I do try but I will plan meals, and an exersise routine and do it for about a week then go back to old habits. I'm still not eating the gluten, soy or dairy, but I've found alternative food like snacks that are free of all that so I eat them. What can I do to stick to the diet and exercise schedule I plan? I feel like not only am I failing myself but also my husband, and all of my friends and supporters.
