Life Update # 2
I want to start out by apologizing for not posting on here for a while! I have some fun things planned for July so I will be on here more often. Also I know this is my infertility journey, but for now I will be talking more about weight loss, as it is apart of the infertility journey. Now on to the post💚 As I sit here on this last day of June, I look back and reflect on how in just one month my life style has changed dramatically! All for the better though I've become a happier more motavated person in just 30 day! First of all I'm very proud of the fact that I've worked out 30 days in a row! I've never worked out for that long, I usually go gung ho for the first week, then just stop. Not this month I have gone all 30 days!
